Tashlikh

Tashlikh (together or on our own): In the interest of living the Jewish value of keeping others from danger and protecting human life, we will NOT to hold a communal Tashlikh service on the beach as we normally would. Instead, Rabbi Fox has included for you a Tashlikh booklet to be used for your contemplative Tashlikh alone or with your family on the first day of Rosh Hashanah, and a guided meditation to aid you in making your Tashlikh service meaningful.
For those who would like to join together, significantly socially distanced, for this service, please meet in the backyard of 2201 Bayshore Avenue, on September 7, at 2:45pm. All are welcome for this very briefly yet powerfully contemplative service. Just a reminder: For those unable to join us, there will be no video broadcast of this service.
For members and guests, we sent out a copy of a brief Tashlikh service that you can perform in an introspective spiritual ritual on your own or with your household. If you have not received your copy along with all of the other materials to help make your High Holy Days meaningful and memorable, please find them on the TBS website’s High Holiday Services webpage.
