This class will discuss several important topics. The key players in the founding of Christianity using the texts (books) of the Christian Bible (New Testament), who authored them, and very importantly, when they were written. We’ll discuss the commonly accepted view of the life of Jesus; what about this is Jewish and what is not as well as the Jewish nature of the texts of the Christian Bible, and over time, how the text emphasis veered from its Jewish roots.”
