- High Holiday Guest Policy (updated 2026)
* All high holiday services are open to members in good standing. (Those who have paid their membership dues for the year or have arranged a payment plan with the treasurer and office.)
* Any guests of members in good standing will be charged $118 per guest for any/all services (this is our accommodation for our paid members). Children under 13 free.
* All people who are members of another congregation, may attend free (with proper documentation of paid-up membership at their synagogue and advance notification).
* All other non-affiliated/non-guest persons will pay $180 for each holiday service (Erev Rosh Hashanah/Day 1 and Day 2) (Kol Nidre /YK 1/YK2 – with advance notice (with the thought that this fee might encourage people to join our Temple and experience the other activities that we afford members.)
* Members with adult children are considered part of a family membership.
(Please contact the Temple office if this, in any way, is a financial hardship for you.
We want to welcome you to services at Temple Beth Shalom.)
