How to Find Us:
Located on Brigantine Island, just north of Atlantic City, Temple Beth Shalom is at the corner of 45th Street and Brigantine Avenue. Take a look at the hybrid satellite image below and you will see our shul on the corner with a parking lot next door. Street parking is also readily available.
Detailed Directions from Atlantic City and Downbeach Communities
to Temple Beth Shalom:
Take Atlantic or Ventnor Avenue to Albany Avenue (near the Knife and Fork). Take a left on Albany, then a right on Winchester Avenue, which turns into Arctic. Stay on Arctic to Mississippi Avenue. Turn left on Mississippi (avoid extreme right or left lanes). Go straight for a long block (you will see a sign for Brigantine) and continue straight past Fairmount Avenue to merge with traffic exiting the AC Expressway. Follow the winding road you’re on around past the train station (avoid right exit-only lane immediately after train tracks) and through the tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel in the right lane, continue in your lane toward Exit G for Brigantine, BUT STAY IN YOUR LANE (now it is the left of two lanes). Once you’re over the Brigantine Bridge, take a right at the first traffic light onto Harbor Beach Boulevard. Make a left in ~0.3 miles onto 45th Street. Follow 45th Street for 0.1 miles — Temple Beth Shalom will be on your left. (Park in the parking lot or on 45th Street or on Brigantine Avenue.) B’ruchim Ha-Ba’im — Welcome!

to Temple Beth Shalom:
Take either New Road (Route 9) or Shore Road north to Delilah Road. Make a right on Delilah and continue into the merge on Route 30 East (White Horse Pike). Stay in the left or center lane and follow the exit that splits off to the left to Brigantine. Upon reaching the top of the ramp, move into the center lane and continue in that lane toward Exit G for Brigantine, BUT STAY IN YOUR LANE (now it is the left of two lanes). Once you’re over the Brigantine Bridge, take a right at the first traffic light onto Harbor Beach Boulevard. Make a left in ~0.3 miles onto 45th Street. For directions from Philadelphia:
Take route 676 from the Ben Franklin Bridge — or take the Walt Whitman Bridge — to route 42 until you reach the Atlantic City Expressway. Follow the AC Expressway until it ends, taking the first exit after the bridge that brings you to Atlantic City. Follow the signs for Brigantine Island (staying in the right lane is your “best bet”) and cross over the bridge to Brigantine Island as you pass between Harrah’s and the Golden Nugget Casinos.
For directions from points north (northern New Jersey and New York):
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 38 for the Atlantic City Expressway (South) to Atlantic City. Follow the AC Expressway until it ends, taking the first exit after the bridge that brings you to Atlantic City. Follow the signs for Brigantine Island (staying in the right lane is your “best bet”) and cross over the bridge to Brigantine Island as you pass between Harrah’s and the Golden Nugget Casinos.
