Temple Beth Shalom welcomes our Brigantine community to a month of engaging events centered around culture, connection, and community. Weekly Canasta and Mah Jong games continue every Tuesday, providing a fun and social way to gather.

Book lovers can look forward to several exciting literary events in November: On November 101:00 pm00pm, the TBS Book Club will meet to discuss The Little Liar by Mitch Albom. On November7:00 pm 7:00pm, Temple Beth Shalom and Adas Kodesch Shel Emeth (Wilmington, DE) will co-host a Zoom-only author talk with Dr. Nora Gold, discussing 18: Jewish Stories Translated from 18 Languages. On Thursday, November 20 at 10:30am, TBS hosts Jacqueline Friedland, part of the Marjorie & Lewis Katz JCC Arts, Books & Culture Festival. Friedland will present her novel Counting Backwards, a dual-timeline story exploring reproductive rights, eugenics, and women’s societal roles. Tickets are $10 per person. In the spirit of gratitude, all are invited to the Interfaith Thanksgiving Service on November 25 at 6:00pm, hosted by the Community Presbyterian Church. Temple Beth Shalom encourages all to join in these meaningful and enriching community events!
