Field trip to Cape May – Butterflies and Bird Migration

Plan to join us on October 24th for an exciting field trip to Cape May! Here’s the plan – Congregants and their guests are welcome to meet in the Temple Parking Lot at 10:30 a.m. on October 24th. We can get into several cars to travel together or we can meet you at the Hawk Observation Tower at 11:30 a.m.
Steve Sarratore will be setting up his spotting scope and have binoculars available to see migrating birds. If we’re lucky, we’ll see migrating monarchs as well! Jan will be glad to share information about this amazing insect. We will then head to lunch at the Lobster House at Fisherman’s Wharf or Andrea Trattoria on Perry Street in Cape May – both offer outdoor dining options.
We would like to know how many people to expect. Please call the Temple at 609-266-0403 to let us know if you’d like to join us. You’ll receive directions to the Hawk Observation Tower as it gets closer.
